Every order placed before we hit order #1000 is automatically entered. One order = one entry. The Collector Bundle counts as 5 entries (one per set). When we reach order #1000, we draw the winner live on Instagram using a random number generator. The winner receives a €1.500 Airbnb digital gift card, valid for any booking worldwide. Each Twin Dip set uses custom-milled marine mesh and hand-finished seams. We need your commitment to fund the first production run. Your payment secures materials and your place in line. 4–6 weeks delivery.
US & Canada: 4–6 weeks. UK & Europe: 5–7 weeks. Australia: 6–8 weeks. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your set enters fulfillment.
Cancellations and modifications are accepted strictly within 48 hours of purchase. After this 48-hour window, your set enters custom production and cannot be cancelled prior to shipping. Once delivered, our standard 14-day statutory return policy applies starting upon delivery of your set (unused, in original packaging).
We photograph every set before packing. If damage occurs in transit, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or full refund.
The child float is designed for ages 2–6 with a secure mesh seat and tether connection. Always supervise children in water. Never leave a child unattended.
US & Canada: no duties. UK, EU, and Australia: all import duties and taxes are included in your order total. No surprise charges at delivery.
